Before

The house, located in an affluent neighborhood, survived a fire. Client purchased the property for investment purposes only. Amazingly, the Professional Thermador Appliances survived the disaster. Help is on the way!

Rendering

Design on a Budget

Function

Strategically placed rollouts and monster drawers using Semi Custom Breeze by Woodharbor all day.

Mixed Materials

Couple with surprising, inexpensive but elegant finishes. Simple, Imported Quartz, Tile, Walnut Veneered Paneling as a Backsplash, and Remnant Tile.

Details

In this design, we were able to add sky high cabinets with a bridge over the window. We added a low floating shelf to add interest and accessibility.

Appliances

In this house, we were able to keep and refurbish the appliances. We added a stainless steel backsplash to add the feeling of a professional kitchen while adding protection against grease splatter on the walnut backsplash.

Open Seating Island

To save a few dollars on island cabinets in this enormous kitchen with gobs of wall storage, we added space for seating on the front and back of this double deep island creating a family dining experience.
